How Refacto Terminal works

What is Refacto Terminal?

Refacto Terminal is a free analysis terminal for prediction markets: live prices from Polymarket and Kalshi, watchlists, a screener, analytical charts, and a paper portfolio. It informs your thinking; it never places wagers, holds funds, or gives investment advice.

Two venues, one switch

The switch in the top bar — Polymarket | Kalshi — picks which exchange Explore, the screener and market pages show. Your choice is remembered in your browser for a year, and the period after the name changes colour to match: gold on Polymarket, terracotta on Kalshi. Your watchlist and paper portfolio always show both venues, grouped under a heading for each, because those are your own rows and hiding half of them would look like data loss.

Do I need an account?

Reading is open to everyone. A free account adds a watchlist and paper portfolio that sync between this site and the iPhone/iPad app. Create one from the Sign up page.

How does the community work?

Everyone can read the message board and feature requests. Posting and voting require a confirmed email and a declared country. Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated US exchange, and we keep participation open only where prediction markets are available. The join-in page walks you through both steps.

Why do prices here differ slightly from the exchange?

Prices are snapshots that refresh continuously but can lag the live orderbook on Polymarket or Kalshi by moments. Treat any number as a snapshot rather than an executable quote.

The iPhone and iPad app

The app signs in with the same email and password as this site and shares your watchlist. If the app can't reach the server, check your connection and try again — and if a problem persists, email us.

How do I delete my account?

Email ken@thedigitaladlab.com from your account address and we'll delete the account and its data. Community posts are removed from public view.
