Refacto Terminal — this website and the iPhone/iPad app — is provided by The (Digital) Ad Lab LLC. Using it means agreeing to these terms.

Analysis only

Refacto Terminal is an information and analysis tool. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, execute trades, or provide investment, financial, or gambling advice. The site shows data from both Polymarket and Kalshi; prices are snapshots from their public data and may lag or contain errors. Any decision you make is yours alone.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and you can delete yours anytime by email.

The community

Participation requires a confirmed email and is only open where prediction markets are available. Post nothing unlawful, deceptive, or abusive; no spam or promotion without permission. We may remove content or restrict participation at our discretion. What you post is public — write accordingly.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, The (Digital) Ad Lab LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including decisions made on the basis of information shown here.
